DBS Debo Sejahtera is a company whichis established in 2014 and located in Cilegon, Banten. Currently, the focus of the business run by debo sejahtera is the production and sale of chemical additives that are needed by the furniture industry to produce MDF and particle board.
Debo Sejahtera has established partnershipwith Surfactant and Bioenergy Research Center (SBRC) - Bogor Agriculture Institute(IPB) for product research and development.The chemical formula and composition whichare developed by Debo Sejahtera will betested and confirmed in SBRC.
ANTI PRECURING AGENT DBS-14
Anti-precuring agent DBS14 is an additive which has dual function. In addition to its function as hardener, this additive has the ability to overcome the precuring that occurs on the particle board in the glue blender. Hence, it makes UF glue works well during curing process at hotpress. Furthermore, its ability as antiprecuring makes particle board and mdf board has better properties.
DBS 14 can also has function as an antihydrolysis after hotpress. DBS will absorb the acid resulting form reaction of the hardener with UF glue to became neutral and not damage the board in the long term.

APPLICATION
1. Dissolve anti-precuring agent in solution 40%.
2.Use in glue E2, E1, E0 and super E0 solid to solid 5%
